At 3M, Rod excelled as an account manager for major automotive giants such as Toyota, Nissan, and Ford, as well as various Tier 1 suppliers. His expertise wasn't just limited to client relations; he played a pivotal role in designing and developing major graphics and decal programs. His portfolio involved prestigious projects like the Ford GT, Toyota Rugged X, and Nissan Warrior. 

Rod's contributions to brands like HSV and Holden further underlined his ability to work across diverse automotive landscapes. His deep knowledge of attachment tapes and decorative and functional films has made him a go-to expert for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. They have consistently relied on his insights to find the best solutions for achieving desired outcomes or solving complex issues.
