LNI’s pre-mask application paper is ideal for both flat and curved surfaces. Printed with alignment instructions, these paper pre-masks guide users in the precise application of labels or decals.

The adhesive is protected until the backing paper is removed, ensuring a clean application with no guesswork. The pre-mask on the front of the decal is used to align the decal perfectly. This method is widely used in the automotive industry, where accurate placement of branding decals and graphics is essential.

LNI provided pre-mask application paper with clear positioning instructions and alignment guides for the decals. 2.  Clear application films for badges & emblems

LNI uses a clear application film where the product branding is heavier or deeper in shape such as a Lenscal (domed) or LunaKrome™ badge – these can be 2-5 mm high. The films allow operators to see through the material for alignment during the application process.

3.  Custom cardboard templates for badges & emblems

For larger or heavier badges, such as in the automotive industry, LNI designs custom cardboard templates, either printed or plain.

These templates ensure badges align perfectly, even on curved or uneven surfaces. Printed templates can have alignment instructions, company branding, barcodes and part numbers making them perfect for service parts as well as POE fitment.
