Customers don’t just come to look at blinds, they come to experience quality, design, and detail. Every element matters. That’s why it was so frustrating when something so small, such as the labels, started to undo everything.   #### **A small problem with big consequences** The blinds themselves were flawless. Smooth mechanisms, stylish fabrics, and finishes positioned the brand as modern and premium. But the labels? They were peeling, curling at the edges, or falling off entirely on the rails and textured plastics. Customers noticed. Sales staff noticed. Distributors noticed. And slowly, the brand reputation that had been carefully built over the years was being chipped away by labels that wouldn’t stay put. Instead of reinforcing the brand, the labels were doing the opposite. They were making the products look cheap and careless.   #### **Branding is more than design** The manufacturer went back to their label supplier, only to be told that “one adhesive suits all.” But branding is never one-size-fits-all. A brand is carried in the details: - The feel of the fabric. - The finish of the rails. - The clarity of the compliance label. - And whether every part of the product looks intentional and professional. When labels fail, it’s not just an adhesive problem. It’s a branding problem.   #### **The Discovery of LNI** Frustrated and seeking answers, the manufacturer discovered LNI. Instead of offering the same generic adhesives, LNI asked different questions: - What substrates are the labels applied to - powder-coated rails, plastic housings, or metal brackets? - How do the products sit in situ - under bright lights, in sunlit windows. - Should labels be discreet or part of the brand presence? For the first time, the manufacturer felt the label supplier was treating their brand with the same care they did.   #### **Protecting the brand image** LNI recommended an adhesive designed for the complex surfaces that blinds are made from. The new labels didn’t curl, peel, or slip. It’s built over the years but can be damaged by something as small as a peeling label. Most label printers offer only generic adhesives, which may hold in easy conditions but won’t stand up to the surfaces and environments where products live.
